Eligible Returns
- Wrong part shipped against an agreed quote
- Clear manufacturing or packaging damage on arrival
- Unused parts in original condition within the return window we confirm on your order
Not Eligible
- Parts worn or damaged after use
- Custom-machined or non-catalog sizes made to your drawing (unless we shipped the wrong specification)
- Returns without prior approval from our team
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order or quote reference, part names, and photos of the issue.
- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
- Pack the parts securely and send them as directed for inspection.
After Inspection
Approved returns may be exchanged for the correct part or processed under our Refund Policy. We will confirm the outcome by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
